1. The Service

Trips Drop is a travel deal aggregator that monitors flight and hotel prices and notifies users when significant discounts are available. We do not sell flights, hotel rooms, or travel packages directly. All bookings are made through third-party providers (such as Kiwi.com and Booking.com), and your transaction is governed by their terms and conditions.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In (or other sign-in methods we may offer in the future). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Trips Drop offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Premium"). Premium is billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies

4. Deal Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability. However, prices are provided by third-party sources and may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any deal displayed will still be available or at the listed price when you attempt to book. Trips Drop is not responsible for price discrepancies, sold-out deals, or booking issues with third-party providers.

5. Affiliate Links

The Service contains affiliate links. When you book through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Abuse the deal reporting feature by submitting false reports
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding in the Service are owned by Trips Drop and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trips Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed deals, booking errors, or losses caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
